Bemidji Fall 2012 Course Content
AM - 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Homeowner's Insurance Perils
This course is intermediate level. We will look at the perils listed in the homeowner’s policy. We will analyze how each carrier has a different way of defining or limiting perils. Bring the contract you are selling and maximize the amount of usable information you will receive. Having a better understanding of what your contract covers relative to other carriers will make you a better agent.
PM - 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Ethics in the Age of Communication
The front door of your agency has changed. Communication channels are faster and more convenient than ever before. There can be problems if you are not careful. What are some ethical issues surrounding emailing, texting, and social media? This course will give you plenty to think about.
